Service Scope

Sanskar Packers & Movers provides packing, loading, transportation, unloading, and unpacking services as agreed at the time of booking.

Customer Responsibilities

• Accurate declaration of goods to be shifted
• Advance disclosure of fragile or valuable items
• Removal of prohibited or illegal items

Payments

Service charges are based on distance, volume, and type of goods. Additional services may attract extra charges.

Delays & Unforeseen Events

We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, government regulations, strikes, or natural calamities.

Limitation of Liability

Sanskar Packers & Movers shall not be liable for indirect losses, normal wear and tear, or items not packed by our team.

Jurisdiction

All disputes shall be subject to Jaipur, Rajasthan jurisdiction only.
