Sanskar Packers & Movers takes utmost care while handling goods. However, relocation involves inherent risks. Customers are advised to read this policy carefully.

Insurance Coverage

Transit insurance is optional and provided through third-party insurance companies. Insurance coverage is applicable only if the customer opts for insurance and pays the required premium.

Liability Disclaimer

In case of loss or damage to insured items, claims shall be settled solely by the insurance company. Sanskar Packers & Movers will only assist in providing necessary documentation.

Non-Insured Items

For goods not covered under insurance, Sanskar Packers & Movers shall not be liable for any loss or damage and no compensation shall be provided.

Exclusions

• Cash, jewellery, documents, antiques
• Fragile items unless specifically insured
• Improper or incomplete disclosure of goods
• Natural calamities, fire, riots, or accidents beyond control

Claim Process

Any damage must be reported at the time of delivery. Claims raised after delivery may not be considered. Final settlement depends on the insurance company’s approval.
